How can I pay
Payment can be made by credit card (Visa and MasterCard, European and international, including Electron (Visa) and Maestro (Mastercard) cards), American Express, PostePay, ATM and prepaid cards, PayPal account, by bank transfer or cash on delivery.

Credit card data are entered directly on the pages of the 'Sofi srl' banking partner, and are transmitted to the bank's servers in encrypted form according to the standard PCI DSS Level 1the most stringent security standard on the processing and storage of payment data, with the PSD2 directive.
The price of products posted on the "Site" is VAT included.
Before purchasing , it will be possible for the purchaser to view the possible amount of shipping costs charged to him.
For added security, only the banking partner has access to the data of the card used for payment, whereas 'Sofi srl' has no possibility of knowing or storing such data. By selecting the "Pay" button during the purchase process, the "Customer" declares full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. The system accepts all credit and debit cards of the Visa and MasterCard circuits, European and international, including Electron (Visa) and Maestro (Mastercard) cards. In addition, it accepts Postepay cards.
Payment by Cash on Delivery (Italy only)
Selecting this option will not require any payment at the time of ordering. The balance of the order, including commission, shall be paid directly to the courier upon collection of the package.
The mode of payment on delivery is accepted only for orders not exceeding € 1,000.00.
Relevant COD fees of €5.00 will automatically be added to the shipping charges based on the courier chosen at check out.
Payment for the order can be made in cash or by "NON TRANSFERABLE" cashier's check in the following ways:
- shipment by FEDEX courier, with bank draft payable to FEDEX EXPRESS ITALY SRL
- shipping by GLS or ARCO run with cashier's check made payable directly to SO.F.I. SRL
For cash-on-delivery orders, we reserve the right, at our discretion, not to accept this payment method if we believe that the transaction involves a high financial risk and, to propose alternative payment methods for completing the order.
Payment by Bank Transfer
Selecting this option and confirming the order will take you to an order confirmation page with bank details where you can make the transfer. The bank details and order confirmation will also be sent by email to the address indicated during registration.
The order will be valid for the duration of 10 days, by which time payment must be made. If no payment has been received within this period, the order will be cancelled. The order will go into production once payment is received.

When will my order be shipped?
Packages are shipped within the time specified at the time of order and are shipped via ARCO, DHL, GLS, FEDEX depending on the destination and 'option selected by the customer when ordering, with tracking and delivery without signature. In any case, we will provide you with a link to track your parcel online.
*PLEASE, NOTE
Once the order has been received, our logistics office will verify the destination postal code based on the courier chosen. In case of shipments to be delivered to remote and difficult access areas, we reserve the right to apply the Out of Area Delivery Service surcharge.
If the supplement is applied, you will be promptly contacted by our customer service who will provide you with the necessary explanations and instructions to proceed with the payment of the supplement or if you want you can choose to cancel the order (receiving a refund).
Delivery time
Generally, deliveries are made within 48/72 hours after shipment within the national territory. For foreign countries, delivery times are longer (generally 2 to 6 working days) depending on the destination country and the type of service chosen.
Withdrawal
Please check the boxes delivered to you well and in case you find any damage or tampering to report it immediately to the courier by accepting the package "with reserve". If possible, we also invite you to take photos, which you should then send to info@sofisrl.com.
The boxes are suitably large and your items are well protected.
If the recipient is absent at the time of delivery, a notice will be left by the courier with instructions for rescheduling the delivery.
