ROKER – Tool for scratching finish on brudge cutters on Marble | Lupato

Lupato Roker roll is ideal for scratching finish step 2,5 and 5 mm and waves on marble and limestone

Roker has 300 mm diameter and 100mm length

Hiurly production at 2000 rpm: 21 m2/h (value obtained with parameters specified in the instruction booklet)

Rotation speed: 4.000 rpm max

Application

Roker can be fixed on e very kind of bridge cutters or banner tile cutters with horizontal shaft. It is possible to work the entire surface of the slab or to create a scratching antiskid band.

Tecnology

The Roker rollers mount removable inserts in order to vary their step and quantity. In this way it is possible to adjust the type and width of finish.

The inserts, thus designed, allow high material removal, productivity and durability.

By turning the inserts, you can use all their vertexs, multiplying the tool life by 3 times.
