RAIZOR – Lightweight and easily transportable cutting system for large-format slabs with a maximum length of 332 cm

The RAZIOR cutting system consists of:

• two connectable guides with a cutting capacity of 160 cm each
• scoring unit in die-cast aluminum complete with titanium wheel Ø 16 mm and pemo on bearings
• pliers for cutting tiles thickness from 3 to 12 mm
• padded bag with shoulder straps for transport with compartments and internal pocket

The two rails are made of aluminum extrusions each integrating 3 stain-resistant rubber suction cups Ø 88 mm (total 6 suction cups)

The suction cups, as well as being very useful when measuring the size of the cut to be made, prevent the guide from moving during the incision thus ensuring the maximum precision. Furthermore, prevent the guide from tipping over regardless of the pressure applied on the scoring unit which enables tiles of other thicknesses to be scribed effectively
