Radial cutting kit for porcelain stoneware | CORD SET

CordSet | Porcelain Radial Cutting Kittp | Distar

Cutting 90° radii or angles in porcelain stoneware is a rather complex operation that requires skill and mastery, the craftsman has no margin for error.

The CordSET kit allows you to make radiant cuts on porcelain tiles more quickly and easily. From the first try.

How does it work?

The cut is carried out with a high-quality wire with a thickness of 0.5 mm. The direction of the cut is guided by a hardened steel template, which is fixed with specially designed clips and wedges. The wire is quickly fixed in comfortable handles. The kit includes a high-absorption sponge for water cooling.

To prevent cracks from forming on corners or radii during work, the workpiece is fully secured with specialized clips on all sides.

The basis of the kit is a high-quality diamond wire, made with multi-layer diamond application technology. The service life of such a wire is up to 6 times longer than wires on the market, and the cutting speed is up to 50% higher.

Cutting a 12 mm radius takes only 4 minutes. The life of a 30 cm long wire reaches 12 to 18 cm of cutting depending on the thickness of the tile and the quality of the cooling.
