Pantograph tip with polycrystalline cutting edge 30°/60°/70°/90° (PCD)
Polycrystalline single-edged bit for engraving on marble, granite, synthetic materials and composites with CNC machines and CNC pantographs.
These polycristalline bits (PCD) have a cylindrical shank ø 10mm and are perforated to allow the passage of water.
POLYCRISTALLINE BITS AVAILABLE:
- Tip with cutting edge 30°
- Bit with cutting edge 60°
- Bit with cutting edge 70°
- Bit with cutting edge 90°
RECCOMENDED TECHNICAL PARAMETERS FOR POLYCRISTALLINE ENGRAVING BITS
Reccomended speed: 7000-8000 rpm
Feed rate: 150-200 mm/min
Z-increment: 0-3 MAX mm
