GRINTOP Portable Planetary Sander | LMA Machine

The GRINTOP manual planetary sander with counter-rotating movement is ideal for precision work on small surfaces.

GRINTOP allows the operator to be able to sand, repolish and brush marble and natural stone on stairs, kitchen tops, counters, worktops and in areas that are difficult to reach with larger machines.

Its innovative mechanics with counter-rotating movement neutralize the tensile forces, making processing extremely easy and safe thanks also to the handles with monostable switch.

The GRINTOP manual sander is variable speed VS and is equipped with a planetary mixer with 3 Ø140mm tool holders B connection (button) and a splash guard band to prevent water splashes, reducing the need for subsequent cleaning.

It can also be equipped with a kit for connection to the suction, allowing dry processing.

Variable Speed (VS) – Why choose it?

The VS variable speed model is particularly suitable for those who need both to treat and to prepare several types of floors. For example, a certain speed is required to polish concrete, which is different from that for marble treatment. For the preparation of floors, on the other hand, a minimum speed is required, so as not to wear out the tools unnecessarily.

The variable speed also allows you to adjust the motor revolutions according to the irregularity of the floor. For example, on a badly laid marble floor, vibrations can be greatly reduced by acting on the speed of the motor.

Other advantages of variable speed motor:

• it allows you to drastically reduce working times;
• “soft” starting and braking system when switched off, so as to avoid stress on the gears during starting peaks;
• thanks to its inverter performance it is able to absorb all current surges to fully protect the motor
