Magnetic Base Adapter for Polishing Discs Ø50 mm Proxxon

CLICK-LOCK 50 | Magnetic Base Adapter for Ø50 mm polishing discs on Proxxon LHW and LWB

With Click-lock 50, changing polishing pads is a breeze – on any mini tool!

When sanding porcelain stoneware, it is necessary to constantly change the grain of the polishing discs. Usually, the disc is removed from the base and replaced with one of a different grain.

The hook-and-loop fastening of a traditional base only withstands a few replacement cycles, after which the polishing disc no longer remains securely attached. The lightweight, high-precision Click-Lock 50 base solves this problem.

The polishing discs are securely attached to the steel holders and remain mounted until they are completely worn out. Replacing the holders with the discs is done instantly – with just one click thanks to the magnetic lock.

The base is equipped with a rubber layer that makes sanding softer and more controlled.

How does it work?

The magnetic base mounts to tools with adjustable speed. The maximum rotation speed is 6500 rpm (or roughly corresponds to the central position of the engraver’s adjustment wheel). The unique fastening system ensures compatibility with most PROXXON mini power tools (LWB, LHW), but also with other similar mini power tools. It is not compatible with DREMEL.

The external diameter of the base is 48 mm, while the diameter of the polishing discs is 50 mm. The slight protrusion of the disc beyond the edge of the base allows you to work even in hard-to-reach places.
