Abrax Sandblasting plate for marble and stone.

Sandblasting plate for manual and automatic polishing machines to create a fine sandblasting finsh (grit 400), a medium sanblasting finish (grit 800) or coarse sandblasting finish (grit 1400) on marble and limestone slabs and tiles.

Thanks to the “pad system”, the Abrax sandblasting plate allows uniform processing on the entire surface, even near the edges. In addition, with this Abrax sandblasting plate you have the possibility of working on naturally pitted or lean materials.

The sandblasting plate Abrax is available in different diameters:

• Abrax 4 –> Ø270 mm with 4 rollers (MAX 1.700 rpm)
• Abrax 6 –> Ø300 mm with 6 rollers (MAX 1.700 rpm)

Abrax 4 and Abrax 6 can be fixed on manual and automatic polishing machines to work on slabs and tiles, to work on floors already laid it can be fixed also on floor polishing machines.

• Abrax 12 –> Ø450 mm with 12 rollers (MAX 1.000 rpm)
• Abrax 15 –> Ø550 mm with 15 rollers (MAX 800 rpm)
• Abrax 18 –>Ø620 mm with 18rollers (MAX 700 rpm)

Abrax 12, Abrax 15 and Abrax 18 can be fixed on automatic polishing machines to work on slabs and tiles.
