ABRAX – Plate for sandblasting finish on Marble and stone | Lupato

Sandblasting plate for manual and automatic sanders to create a fine (400 grit), medium (800 grit) or coarse (1400 grit) sandblasting effect on marble and limestone slabs

Thanks to the “pad system”, the Abrax sandblasting plate allows uniform processing on the entire surface, even near the edges. Furthermore, with the Abrax Abrax plate you have the possibility of working on naturally holey or lean materials.

The Abrax sandblasting plate is available in different diameters:

• Abrax 4>Ø270 mm with 4 rollers (MAX 1.700 rpm)
• Abrax 6 > Ø300 mm with 6 rollers (MAX 1.700 rpm)

These diameters can be applied on manual and automatic sanders for processing slabs and strips.

They can also be applied to floor sanders to work on already laid floors.

• Abrax 12 >Ø450 mm with 12 rollers (MAX 1.000 rpm)
• Abrax 15 > Ø550 mm with 15 rollers (MAX 800 rpm)
• Abrax 18 –> Ø620 mm con 18rulli (MAX 700 g/min)

These other diameters can be applied on automatic sanders for the processing of sheets or flanges.
