This Raimondi RLS SOS system consists of:

• 100 bases
• 30 rings
• 30 scratch proof washers

WHAT IS THE RLS SOS LEVELING SYSTEM FOR?

It allows you to complete tile leveling if a base (during tensioning) of the main leveling system breaks and allows you to supplement the main leveling system to perfect tile leveling, without the need to remove the newly laid tile!

REQUIREMENTS FOR USE:

– Leak (distance between tiles) minimum 1.5 mm, maximum 5 mm
– Tile thickness between 3 and 20 mm
– Layer of adhesive below the tile minimum 3.5 mm

HOW TO USE RAIMONDI RLS SOS SYSTEM?

SOS bases are inserted into the joint (minimum 1.5 mm), rotated 90° and tensioned by screwing the ring nut, thus achieving tile leveling.
When the adhesive has cured, they are removed by striking them parallel to the joint line, thus separating the upper portion of the base from the part below the tiles.

The technopolymer stem of the SOS base does not damage the tiles either during insertion or removal. The two-component scratchproof washer negates the risk of scratching tiles, even the most delicate ones.
The number of SOS bases to be used is variable depending on the type of tile (thickness, weight, size, possible curvature) and leveling requirements. The use of at least two SOS bases close together is recommended
