What differentiates the Masterpiuma P5 from other tile cutters?

• STRUCTURED MODULAR FRAME

The light alloy frame is sized and structured in the points of greatest stress through reinforcements and ribs that optimise the machine’s behaviour when cutting on thick or full-body porcelain.

• MULTIFUNCTIONAL SQUARE: PRECISE ANGLE CUTS

Symmetrical protractor square that can rotate both right (+ 45°) and left (- 45°), allowing for precise, consecutive cuts at any angle thanks to the ingenious folding stop. It retains the characteristic of being able to fold inside the machine’s outline, preventing its removal and preserving its precision and integrity during handling and transport.

• STRENGTH INDICATORS

The wheel holder handle contains many special features:

– the operator can control the cutting depth and splitting force. In practice, the pressure applied can be controlled and optimally modulated using special force indicators that guide the operator according to the needs of the different materials, allowing them to fearlessly tackle textured or thick tiles (up to 20 mm) or very thin glass mosaic. In practice, the already evident practical advantages associated with push cutting are now even more noticeable, thanks to the specific work carried out during the design and modelling phase of the handle.

– double trestle splitting system which, made of scratch-resistant polymer, is enclosed in a single component and can be used directly when closed in the usual cuts (without requiring any retraction of the handle after the incision phase) and open in the case of cuts on the corner of the tile or mosaic cuts

– the integrated lubricator which can be activated, when necessary (in case of complex jobs), with a light pressure directly on the dispenser.

– the tungsten carbide engraving wheel with a clearly visible titanium coating, guaranteed for 5,000 meters and, if necessary, quick and easy to replace.

– the R.A.S. (Roller Adjuster System) device. A cylinder made of anti-friction and wear-resistant material that always maintains contact with the bar/crosspiece, effectively eliminating any lateral movement, guarantees perfect sliding of the tool holder and therefore always super-precise engravings.

• LATERAL SUPPORTS

An enlarged support surface or sturdy die-cast aluminum wings are perfectly integrated into the frames, ensuring progressive support for large tiles even in the case of diagonal cuts.

• DESIGNED FOR LARGE FORMATS

Tile cutter available in 5 lengths: 63 cm, 75 cm, 93 cm, 131 cm, 161 cm. Each model is designed to perfectly adapt to the latest ceramic tile trends.
