What differentiates Masterpiuma P5 from the other tile cutters?

• STRUCTURED MODULAR FRAME

The light alloy frames are sized and structured in the points of greatest stress with the insertion of “reinforcement brackets and ribs” that optimise the behaviour of the machine for front cuts, thick cuts, or full body porcelain.

• MULTI-FUNCTIONAL SQUARE: PRECISE ANGLE CUTS

Symmetrical oversized goniometric square that can rotate both to the right (+ 45 °) and to the left (- 45 °), allowing precise cuts in succession at any angle thanks to the ingenious folding stop. It keeps the impressive feature of being able to be closed within the shape of the machine avoiding removal and preserving accuracy and integrity during handling and transport.

• STRENGTH INDICATORS

The incision handle contains many advantages:

– possibility for the operator to manage the incision depth and splitting force, in practice the pressure exerted can be controlled and modulated optimally through specific force indicators that guide the operator according to the needs dictated by the different materials, allowing them to tackle textured or very thick tiles (up to 20 mm) or very thin glass mosaic without fear, in practice the already evident practical advantages connected to the push incision are now, thanks to the specific work carried out in the design and modelling phase of the handle, even more sensitive.

– double trestle splitting system which, made of scratch-resistant polymer, is enclosed in a single component and can be used directly when closed in the usual cuts (without requiring any retraction of the handle after the incision phase) and open in the case of cuts on the corner of the tile or mosaic cuts

– the integrated lubricant which can be activated, when necessary (in case of complex jobs), with a light pressure directly on the dispenser.

– the tungsten carbide engraving wheel with clearly visible titanium coating, guaranteed for 5,000 meters and, if necessary, quick and easy to replace.

– the R.A.S. device (Roller Adjuster System). A cylinder made of anti-friction and anti-wear material that always maintains contact with the bar/crosspiece, effectively cancelling any lateral movement, guarantees perfect sliding of the tool holder and therefore always super precise engravings.

• LATERAL SUPPORTS

An expanded support surface or robust die-cast aluminium wings are perfectly integrated into the frames, ensuring an improved support to large tiles with diagonal cuts, without leaving the machine profile.

• DESIGNED FOR LARGE FORMATS

Tile cutter available in 5 lengths: 63 cm, 75 cm, 93 cm, 131 cm, 161 cm. Each model is designed to adapt perfectly to the latest trends in ceramic tiles
