Gecone is equipped with a pump built into the structure that, powered by a rechargeable lithium battery and controlled by an electronic pressure switch, is able to maintain a constant vacuum level while ensuring maximum safety during use

The GECONE suction cup has 3 different types of rings that can be changed according to the type of surface to be lifted:

• RED RUBBER ANTI-BENDING SUCTION CUP RING: suitable for smooth or moderately corrugated surfaces. Thanks to the special anti-bending center dowel this red sealing ring is suitable for lifting even thin thicknesses and fragile materials such as delicate or glassy tiles. It leaves no marks on the tile surface

          – Maximum horizontal load: 180 KG

          – Maximum vertical load: 50 KG

• BLACK RUBBER SUCTION CUP RING: suitable for lifting very heavy slabs such as the latest generation of thick tiles

         – Maximum horizontal load: 200 KG

         – Maximum vertical load: 100 KG

• FOAM SUCTION CUP RING: suitable for particularly wavy, corrugated surfaces

         – Maximum horizontal load: 200 KG

         – Maximum vertical load: 50 KG

Using Gecone is very simple and safe: simply turn on the suction cup, place it on the surface to be lifted and activate the vacuum pump by exerting a little pressure. Just wait a few seconds to reach the maximum flow level indicated by the series of lighted LEDs on the control console and lift.
When and if, it should be necessary to restore maximum tightness, Gecone will automatically activate, guaranteeing the necessary vacuum value and allowing safe operation without the need to interrupt its action. Once the lifting is finished, the “release” will be very quick by holding down the appropriate button for a few seconds.
