TRAXOPAD allow to obtain a natural effect during the concrete preparation before using consolidants and sealants.

Different grits available, to be chosen according to the type of floor and the level of wear.

With TRAXOPAD, it is possible to choose among 4 different finishes: glossy, semi-gloss, satin or matte.

GUIDE FOR CHOOSE THE GRITS:

X	Grit 15	Very aggressive grain, ideal for removing deep scratches on textured concrete surfaces or natural stones
0000	Grit 30	Very aggressive grit ideal for removing deep scratches on marble surfaces
000	Grit 60	Subsequent step to grit 0000 for textured concrete, marble and natural stone surfaces.
00	Grit 120	Subsequent step to grit 000 for textured concrete, marble and natural stone.
0-zero	Grit 220	Reccomended for removing surface marks on textured concrete and scratches on natrual stone. At the end of the application, the HARDYCEM LITHIUM consolidator can be used.
1	Grit 400	Susequent step to grit 0 for removing the excess consolidator leaving a matte effect.
2	Grit 800	Subsequent step to grit 1 to obtain a satin effect.
3	Grit 1500	Subsequent step to grit 2 to obtain a semi-gloss effect.
4	Grit 3000	Subsequent step to grit 3 to obtain a glossy effect.
5	Grit 5000	Subsequent step to grit 4 to obtain maximum gloss and mechanical brilliance.
6	Grit 10000	Subsequent step to grit 5 to obtain an effect similar to chemical crystallization.
