SAITRON -C abrasive semi-rigid discs on fibre silicon carbide Ø 115/180 SAIT
SAITRON discs are ideal for grinding/polishing granite, marble, ceramics, bricks, cast irons, nonferrous alloys, fiberglass and plastics
They consist of a fiber backing, onto which is firmly anchored an abrasive layer of silicon carbide, bonded with resins with high mechanical strength and high cutting power
These semi-rigid SAITRON diskettes are available in 2 diameters:
- Diameter 115 mm x 22 –> from grit 24 to grit 120
- Diameter 180mm x 22 –> from grit 24 to grit 120
*IMPORTANT USAGE TIPS*
The Saitron discs must be used exclusively with the related backing pads:
- SAITPAD-DQ for discs ø 115
- SAITPAD-BZ for discs ø 180
Theideal angle of inclination of the SAITRON disc with respect to the material is about 20°
Do not stress the discs to bending before use
The optimal speed for ø 180 is between 4.500 and 6.000 rpm
