After having completed your order, it will be packed and shipped within the times specified in the order. You will receive a confirmation email and you can click on "Track" to view the shipment details.

Always check this link to know eventually delivery attempts that have already taken place and any problems the courier has in identifying your address.

We invite you to carefully check the package of the order when you receive it, so that if you find any damage or tampering, immediately report it to the courier by accepting the package "with reserve".

*PLEASE, NOTE:

For some Countries, in line with the regulations currently in force we do not guarantee the deliveries of items categorized as Dangerous Goods.

If you order one or more products that are categorized as Dangerous Goods but cannot be shipped to the Country you indicate, you will be contacted and refunded.

From the moment you receive your order, you can return your order or one of the products purchased within 14 days.

How to do?

1. You will have to send a communication indicated in the ART. 1 by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by sending a PEC to the address: amministrazione@pec.sofisrl.com.
2. The products covered by the withdrawal must be sent to us no later than 48 hours from obtaining the return authorization number and arrive complete with a copy of the return form (form that we will send you by e-mail together with the authorization code for the withdrawal).
