Varia BUsh hammering plate for marble and stone.

Bush hammering plate formanual and automatic polishing machines to create a fine, medium or coarse bush-hammered effect on marble and limestone slabs.

Thanks to the “system of the glide”, the Varia bush hammering plate allows to get 3 different kind of bushammering finishes (coarse, medium, fine) using the same plate and without changing rollers, but only by adjusting the depth of the bits.

The Varia bush hammering plate is available in different diameters:

• Varia 4 –> Ø 270 with 4 rollers with 15 or 30 bits (MAX 1.700 rpm )
• Varia 6 –> Ø 300 with 6 rollers with 15 or 30 bits (MAX 1.700 rpm)

Varia 4 and 6 can be fixed on manual and automatic polishing machines to work on slabs and tiles, to work on floors already laid it can be fixed also on floor polishing machines.

• Varia 12 –> Ø 450 with 12 rollers with 15 or 30 bits (MAX 1.000 rpm)
• Varia 15 –> Ø 550 with 15 rollers with 15 or 30 bits (MAX 800 rpm)
• Varia 18 –> Ø 620 with 18 rollers with 15 or 30 bits (MAX 700 rpm)

Varia 12, Varia 15 and Varia 18 can be fixed on automatic polishing machines to work on slabs and tiles.

PLEASE, NOTE

With rollers with 15 bits it is possible to obtain a coarse, medium and fine bush hammering finish by adjusting the depth of the bits.

With rollers with 30 bits it is possible to obtain a medium and fine bush hammering finish, by adjusting the depth of the bits.
